Are you Blockbuster or NetFlix?
Consumer car buying preferences are changing rapidly. From where I sit as a consultant, coach, and trainer in the auto industry I'm concerned that today's car dealers are not becoming the future car dealers that car buyers will expect. In this podcast, I trace the history of Blockbuster video and how they adjusted far too slowly to advances in technology and at the same time the changing demands of the customer. As you know Blockbuster was left in the cold, bankrupt and out of business. Netflix saw it coming and adjusted and embraced what the customer of the future wanted. Today they dominate iwth193 Million subscribers.
The car dealers of today must make some major changes. Will they do so in time?
