All companies have them. Top performers and bottom performers. This show gives you the proper steps of dealing with your under performers in sales. I share my opinions and experience on who to spend time with giving them the training and encouragement to improve.
On the other hand there are critical traits that all successful sales people must possess. If your underperformer lacks any of the traits I share you. they will never improve to any level of acceptable level. Mark them down and move on.
